BOOKKEEPING
Monthly or weekly assistance with all of your bookkeeping needs -- accounts payable, accounts receivable, recording financial transactions, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. You choose which tasks you need help with. On-site or remotely.
QUICKBOOKs and Xero START UP
If you have a new business (or you want to switch accounting systems), this service includes setting up your Quickbooks or Xero account, customizing the chart of accounts to your company structure, and entering starting balances and transactions.
SHOE BOX
If you show up at your tax preparers’ office every year with a shoe box of receipts at tax time, then this service is for you. Next year you’ll be able to show up with tax-ready books.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Over the phone or on-site troubleshooting help with Quickbooks Desktop or Quickbooks Online.
QUICKBOOKS TRAINING
If you're the DIY type, get off on the right foot with Quickbooks desktop or Online with the proper training to keep things on track.
